Return & Refund Policy

Every Nola'ish piece is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind, please check our size chart carefully before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at support@nolaish.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, no need to ship anything back.

Refunds

Once we've reviewed your photo and confirmed the issue, we'll send a free replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method, whichever you prefer. Refunds are processed within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
